Headphones for an E-Book Reader??????

Yes, they are nice to have.  With the Kindle you can listen to audio files like music Mp3’s and even listen to audio books.  The next version of the Kindle, the DX, will have a text to speech feature that will read the books to you.

Time to get some noise cancelling headphones!

From one of the best brands in sound quality, these headphones are a great deal.  They do not have any noise cancellation features, and with an open back you might be sharing your music with all the other subway riders.  One of the coolest features of these headsets is the way they fold down into a really compact case making it easy to store them away in a backpack and not get broken.    $37.95

These headphones have it all.  Awesome sound quality and a great noise canceling system.  These headphones are perfect for use with the Kindle. They also are able to fold down into a compact package just like the headphones previously mentioned.      $71.33

These headphones sound wonderful.  The noise cancelling technology is the best I have ever heard, the sound quality is fantastic, and they feel extremely comfortable sitting on my head.  The bad things about these headphones is the quality of plastic seems to be cheap, and user reviews will verify that.  Also they are bulky and a little pricey.     $269

Sony makes great headphones also.  They seem to be well built and always feel very comfortable.  I like the idea of having my ear totaled covered by a head phone when I am in a noisy environment and trying to read a book.  The noise cancellation feature is said to work great.    $193.03

Unlike the previous models, these are earbuds.  They do have a noise cancelling feature that is supposed to be awesome.  The price is right and sometimes lugging around a full headset is too much.     $55.95
